was founded in 1999 by Curtis S Shepherd. Curt had started out working in the restaurant industry by taking his first job out of High School to become a Little Caesars General Manager in 1983 for Franchisee John Kronberg, in Coco Beach, Fl. After 16 years working within the Little Caesars brand as well as Kronberg's other franchises (Burger King & Winners), Curt decided to try his own hand at ownership and purchased a multi-unit Little Caesars franchise in Northeast Ohio. Curt was a fantastic ambassador of the brand and helped redefine the Northeast, Ohio market by relocating and building new stores literally with his own two hands. Because of this he developed a close relationship with the Illich family who even went out of their way to finance some of his projects. He won Little Caesars Awards for development during his time. Curt served as the companies President and CEO until his early passing in 2007.

followed in her husbands footsteps and assumed the role of President and CEO in 2007. In her earlier years she held the position of Director of Human Resources, and was active driving community involvement for the restaurants. She has remain steadfast in her desire to grow and build Northeastern Food Services into the company Curt dreamed of. In 2015 Elena accepted on behalf of Northeastern Food Services Inc., the illustrious Presidential Award from then and current President Dave Scrivano for "Franchisee of the Year". Elena as well as her son Curtis hold positions on the New England Zone Council in an effort to drive brand success. Elena continues to be actively involved in many charities such as Whispering Grace Farms whom rehabilitates horses and people, as well as Pay it Forward for Pets who finds homes for lost pets.

the son of Curt and Elena was asked to join the company in May of 2011. Curt had studied Business Management at Ohio Northern University, and had extensive knowledge of Little Caesars operations. That knowledge was acquired while working with Franchisee ABCaesars in Columbus, Ohio with Mark Buchelle and Christian Moffitt who are both well respected and award winning leaders. After Northeastern Food Services Inc. finished 2012 up in sales 30.5%, Elena named Curt COO and Franchisee Partner. In 2013 Curt was recognized by Little Caesars Enterprises for "Best Marketing Franchisee for a 2-9 Store Operator".

Curt continues to this day to build upon his predecessors success and grow Northeastern Food Services Inc. into one of the most successful Little Caesars franchises in the world. His vision is to keep Northeastern Food Services Inc. on the cutting edge of technology, innovation, and relentless marketing tactics to drive sales in his market. Because of this Northeastern Food Services Inc. has continued to grow in same store sales as well as new store sales through building and acquisition.
